Conflicts are inevitable, they are neither good nor bad, but they are signs of danger and an opportunity for positive change. Our actions can connect or disconnect; cause tension in our homes, workplaces, and in the communities where we are carrying out an intervention.
An excerpt from the training on Do No Harm concepts and principles by Christian Rural and Urban Development Association of Nigeria (CRUDAN) in partnership with Brot fur die welt in held in Kaduna state from 22nd November to 23rd November, 2017. The training geared towards implementing our activities using the Do No Harm principles/local capacity for peace and increase conflict sensitivity in program/project implementation in order to promote peaceful and harmonious relationship. Together we promote a peaceful society.
