Accord Conducts SET Business Training in Woji

The Enterprise Development and Business Support Service (EBDSS) Department of Accord For Development took her Sustainable Development mantle of Strategic Entrepreneurship Training (SET) to Port Harcourt in Rivers state.

The training was held in Woji, Port Harcourt, Rivers State on Saturday 14th October, 2017 and witnessed an impressive turnout of participants who invested their time to acquire valuable business management skills. The Business training were anchored by a three-team member of EBDSS and conducted in three sessions. The business topics delivered during the training sessions include:

PART A: General Business Trends and Management anchored by Mr Gideon Achomhi,

PART B: Social, Legal and Gender Considerations in Business anchored by Dr. Chioma Nwokoro

PART C:  Information and Communication Technology in Business anchored by Mr. Ikpe Owoidoho.

The sessions were very interactive which led to some of the participants asking constructive questions for more clarifications as well as sharing motivating testimonies/stories about their experiences doing business in Rivers state.

The Entrepreneurship Training was undertaken to train business savvy participants on pertinent considerations in business and strategies needed to survive in highly competitive business world. The style adopted for the training was streamlined to soothe both aspiring and established Entrepreneurs.
